ISLAMABAD: Several men protesting the Faizabad crackdown on Saturday attempted to break into the house of former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar in Rawalpindi, while more than 100 people attacked the house of Law Minister Zahid Hamid’s in Sialkot. The irate men broke the main gate of Nisar’s house and tried to enter the premises, but were confronted by police and security guards. They chanted slogans against the government and leaders of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
